Data Use Agreement

All electronic data provided by WAWSA is furnished "as is" for the convenience of the requesting party. The data remains WAWSA's intellectual property and must be independently verified before use in survey or construction work. By requesting and using WAWSA data, users agree to indemnify and hold WAWSA harmless against any claims arising from their use of the data.

The following data layers are available in ESRI Shapefile or Google Earth KMZ format:

• Pump Stations
• Reservoirs
• Main Transmission
• Tap Locations

How to Request Data

To request electronic data, contact our office. A staff member will assist you and provide the appropriate data use agreement for signature.
